Details: This is an Oktoberfest kick-off hash!. Wear your fest-gear (considered hash gear for this hash), bring your steins, maases and other drinking vessels. Trail is A-A with a turkey-eagle split. Turkey is stroller friendly. Heck, even the eagle is Front Office friendly. some shiggy, (suburban-type) Beer check with opportunity for optional BYOC (bring your own cash) beer stop en route. Gen-u-ine German Oktoberfest beers will be available at the hash, as well as some American copy-cats.
Metro: Silver Spring or Forest Glen are closest. Call the hare if you think you need a ride from the Metro stop.
On After: the 4Corners Pub is hosting a parking lot fest. The Party closes at 6, so we want to get there in time. You can stop en route to buy a raffle ticket if you wish. Proceeds to support Dogs XL Rescue. Live bands! etc.

Address is 4022 Hummer Rd, Annandale, VA. Turn into the park entrance from Hummer Rd, drive 100 yards and bear right at the fork. At the top of the hill will be the parking lot for the Packard Center. Park and hash.
