Hares: Cum Scene Investigator, Just Joseph the Mini Hare
Details: A-A; One trail to rule them all: 4.69 miles? (with this hare probably a bit more);
Shiggy level: 3.69/10
Hash Cash: $7
Stroller friendly: No; Dog friendly: Yes (likely not on-after)
What to bring: Cranium lamp (just in case), dry shoes, vessel, and optional “ofrenda” items listed below.
On Día de los Muertos, run with spirits and honor the dead—bring your brightest colors and your thirst for life (and beer). We’ll wander between worlds, chasing flour through the land of the living and the slightly undead/hungover.
We’ll have a Día de los Muertos ofrenda (altar) 🕯️ at end circle to honor hashers who’ve passed. Bring a photo of a hasher no longer with us, plus either their favorite food, drink, or hobby memorabilia (beer and hab are basically required sacraments anyway). No planned speeches, just a space for them to circle up with us again. 💐
On-after: Tia Queta (4839 Del Ray Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814) or Guapo’s (8130 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814) to decide at trail end.
Hare contact number: 787-451-9798
